The product must be unused, in its original condition, with original packaging and invoice included.
If there is a manufacturing defect, the store will cover all shipping and exchange costs.
Exchange is not applicable to products that have been opened, used, or had their seals removed.

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days after verifying the product’s condition, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The customer will bear the shipping costs unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
Returns are not accepted for personal care or fragrance products once they have been opened or used.
In case of a damaged item or wrong order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
